Reaching out to touch the lives of others
As
Christians, we all have the responsibility of
sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ and His saving
grace with others. This requires effort on our part
to allow God to show us the needs of others and ways
we can be His instruments to bring about positive
changes in their lives. It requires giving of our
time, our talents, and our finances. The mission
fields are ripe and right outside our doors in
everyday life, as well as abroad.
Good Shepherd Worship Center provides support on a monthly basis to missionaries and ministries spread locally, nationally and throughout the world. Missions teams are sent out regularly to evangelize, assist missionaries with construction projects, and equip pastors and ministers with leadership training.

$1 PER WEEK...HELP US
FILL THE WATER JUG
we are encouraging
everyone to put at least $1 per week in the large
water container marked for Water Filter Project for
El Salvador. We are trying to raise money to build
100 water filtration systems this year.
El Salvador Mission Trip July 20-27 The trip is
set for July 20-27.
MISSION CONFERENCE SAT 6/1 AT 5 PM WE NEED THEME
BASKETS TO AUCTION OFF We are preparing for the
upcoming Missions Conference/Banquet! It will be on
June 1st, Saturday evening at 5 pm. Every year we
ask people to put together theme baskets that we can
auction off to make money for projects. This year's
project is Water Filtration systems for El Salvador.
What's a Missions Conference/Banquet? It is a
special project event that focuses on the importance
of missions, how it touches the lives of those in
other countries, how vital it is to the missionary
workers on the filed, and how important it is to
Jesus that we GO and get involved to fulfill the
Great Commission. We have a special speaker, a
meal, and an auction to make additional money for a
special project and share the vision of how
important it is. We encourage everyone to
participate by giving on a monthly basis so we can
sponsor local and foreign missionaries, and to
continue to do more projects as needs arise.
DONATIONS FOR EL SALVADOR MISSION TRIP Everyone
can participate in small ways to make a big
differnce. HOW? $1 reading glasses can be bought at
the Dollar Store (strenght 2 adn under), donations
to buy Bibles for street ministry, small toys that
can be easily packed in luggage, jewelry, and nice
children's clothes.

Matthew 28:18-20 Then Jesus came to them and said, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you"
